The spacious and airy farmhouse wing provides self-contained accommodation for 4/6 people. It is south facing and has superb views across the Exe Valley. There is a convenient entrance off a quiet country lane, adjacent safe parking and a private guests garden. Bampton is 2 miles away, we are 15 minutes away from Dulverton and the Exmoor National Park and about 25 minutes away from the nearest beach.

- Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, emergency calor gas supply.
- Laundry facilities on site.
- Bathroom and separate lavatory, Hairdryer
Heating is provided by electric fires and a oil fired central heating system which can be used as required depending on the time of year. Hot water is always available.
Water is from our private spring.
There is a village shop and also Doctors and Vets.
There are many walks both on the farm and around the nearby area, we are close to many activities such as golf, fishing, sailing, riding and swimming. Hhunting and shooting available (winter only).
